3S Artspace in Portsmouth will host Portsmouth Smart Growth for the 21st Century (PS21) on Thursday January 28 in what begins a two day information and workshop session on affordable housing. The presentation on Thursday will be led by author Jennifer Hurley ('A Smart Growth Guide to Creating Affordable Housing.')
